Invitation Letter for Visa
Eligibility
Official visa supporting documents will be issued only to registered and fully paid delegates and exhibitors of ICOH 2027.
What You Will Receive
Upon request, eligible participants will receive:
- Letter of Invitation from the ICOH 2027 Organising Committee
- Political Clearance from the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India

Event Clearance from:
- Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India
- Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India
These documents are essential for applying for an Indian Conference Visa.
How to Obtain Your Documents
- Complete your conference registration and full payment
- Within 2 weeks (from August 2026 onwards), you will receive the supporting documents via email
- Additionally, within 2 weeks of completing registration (post August 2026), the documents will be available for download from your delegate dashboard on the ICOH 2027 website
Processing Time
- Supporting documents will be issued within 2 weeks of successful registration and payment (from August 2026 onwards)
- Delegates will receive the documents via email and can also download them from their dashboard
- Please ensure you allow sufficient time to apply for your visa after receiving the documents

- Supporting documents are issued solely for visa facilitation purposes
- Issuance of documents does not guarantee visa approval
- All visa decisions are made exclusively by the Government of India / respective Embassy or Consulate
