Please note that the rates displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes are currently levied at 18%; however, all taxes will be charged as applicable at the time of check-in and invoicing in accordance with prevailing government regulations.

We encourage delegates to review the websites of the respective hotels to assess their accommodation preferences and available amenities. All reservations and payments must be made directly with the hotels through the booking links provided on this webpage.

The specially negotiated ICOH 2027 rates are available on a limited room inventory and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

These special rates will be valid for bookings made until 12 December 2026, subject to room availability.

Reservations made under these special rates may be cancelled or modified without penalty up to 12 December 2026. Any cancellation or modification requested after this date will be subject to the cancellation and retention policies of the respective hotel.
